Responsibilities
- Deliver live 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions via video call
- Prepare lesson plans matched to each student's goals and level
- Review homework and practice tests with written feedback
- Track student progress and report milestones to the coaching team
- Communicate professionally with students and, where relevant, parents
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level English with strong spoken and written communication
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience (IELTS, NAPLAN, ESL, or general English)
- Stable internet connection and a quiet space for video calls
- Comfortable teaching students of varying ages and skill levels
- A degree, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification, or teaching credential is a plus, not mandatory
